No these offers only apply to new customers 18+, signing up to a 24 month contract for a City500 or City900 package with a qualifying postcode, before 31st December 2024. What happens at end of contract term?
If you are out of contract the monthly fee will increase to the current standard pricing rate, for the relevant package. However we do not increase fees mid-contract.
What happens if I cancel my contract early?
If a customer cancels before the contract term is fulfilled, the customer will be charged for the first 3 months broadband, router & install. Also an early termination charge will be calculated and applied.
Example of fees due on early termination:
3 Months Broadband at £31.99 p/m = £95.97
Router at £65.00
Install at £50
Early term charged at 100% of remaining contract term – i.e. if the remaining term is 12 months it will be £31.99 x 12 months = £383.88.
For this example total Early Termination charges will be: £594.85.
Depending on remaining term of contract, Early Termination charges may be more or less, than this example.
What happens if I upgrade?
