Very poor service. No customer service available after 5 or on weekends. So there is no way to contact when their service doesn’t work.. having problem every other weekend and often breaks late in the evening. So left without internet for ages.. they can only fix the issues during the week that to in working hours.. you keep on waiting for ages over  the phone and many times it comes engage.. there is no waiting system on their phone as well.

Internet has been down since 6am. Their website states in an emergency to call during office hours which are 9am-5pm, (which doesn’t allow for out of hours emergency calls) I’ve been calling since 9am and the line is busy. I can’t get through and it’s been an hour since they opened. I can’t even get through to the automated voicemail system. The internet connection is intermittent at best, and the customer service is equally poor with limited to no communication/contactability. Avoid.

Once again my internet has been down for hours.  I have tried calling them 40 times this morning and the line is always busy.  This is ridiculous that I cannot get through to no one to speak about this issue.

I had an issue connecting my Eufy doorbell to my Wi-Fi and had already tried every troubleshooting step I could think of. The support I received was excellent throughout and responses were very fast. Although the initial changes and firmware update didn’t resolve the problem, Sam continued investigating and after making some further changes to my router, the doorbell connected successfully. In general very good network provider and hardly any issues with it.

Had an issue with Internet this morning and called the number provided, spoke.with Jack Burton who was polite and very respectful being I am not techy in any way....he got to the root of the problem and had everything sorted in about 10 minutes. I did not have to wait in a queue for my call to be answered, only probably about 1 minute and unlike my past providers I was not speaking or it didn't sound like a call centre abroad, clear line and no chatter in the background. Very positive experience, something which in the past with other providers has often been very stressful and time consuming. I was back working on PC quickly. Thank you Jack.
